Certa provides customised support for Centres on request. Examples of support offered previously include:

  • explaining to tutors how to design inclusive assessment tasks
  • helping managers and/or course leaders work out how to set up and operate Certa Quality Assurance procedures at the Centre
  • running an internal standardisation event so that the Centre has an effective model on which to base subsequent events
